Here we have the first in a three-part series from The Dalmore. Dalmore Luminary No.1 is a limited-edition single malt, created in partnership with Dundee's design museum V&A. It was initially matured in American white oak casks, before a second maturation in a combination of ex-bourbon casks, Italian Amarone red wine casks and bespoke Kintsugi casks, made from American white oak, Japanese mizunara oak and Scottish Tay "water" oak.
