This distinctive expression begins its maturation journey in ex-bourbon casks, before undergoing a bold finishing period in freshly charred new American oak barrels, sourced directly from The Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky. The result is a beautifully balanced dram, bursting with luscious orchard fruit and layered with rich, oaky vanilla and a signature Kentucky-style warmth. Tasting Notes

Nose

A generous burst of oaky vanilla sets the stage, lifted by bright notes of candied lemon and orange. Layers of apple tart, burnt sugar, and a hint of cask char add depth and intrigue.

Lusciously sweet with waves of caramel and toffee apples, seamlessly interwoven with creamy vanilla. Spicy toasted oak and cinnamon emerge, balanced by a vibrant touch of candied orange peel.
