Here we have the 10 year old release from Hinch distillery, which takes its name from the nearby town of Ballynahinch. This release was initially matured in American oak before being treated to a six month finish in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. Bottled at 43% ABV, a tasty dram indeed.
