Kilchoman 14 Year Old20th Anniversary Sherry Cask Release

Marking two decades of distilling, Kilchoman’s 14 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured is a standout release from the 20th Anniversary Cask Series. Drawn from five sherry butts filled in 2011, this bold Islay single malt delivers deep sherry richness layered with spice, dried fruits, and a commanding wave of BBQ smoke. Bottled at 55% ABV, with natural colour and no chill-filtration, it opens with aromas of smoked meats, black pepper, and dark fruit. The palate follows with warming spice, dates, chocolate, and a herbal edge, finishing long with sweet smoke and savoury intensity. A robust and memorable dram that captures Kilchoman’s spirit in full stride.
