Starting as a limited release in the Iberian Series, this Pedro Ximenez Cask release is now a permanent addition to the Redbreast family. Initially aged in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks, it is then re-casked in Pedro Ximénez casks, adding a rich, luxurious depth to its flavour profile. Bottled at 46%abv, this whiskey is triple distilled and is presented un chill-filtered.
