A characterful single grain from the now-silent Port Dundas distillery, matured for 15 years before being bottled for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled in 2010 and drawn from a combination of first-fill sherry hogsheads and first-fill bourbon barrels, this release showcases the distillery’s creamy grain profile elevated by generous oak influence. Bottled in 2026 at 46% ABV, without chill filtration and at natural colour.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft vanilla cream and caramelised sugar lead, followed by honeyed cereals, toasted coconut, and a gentle lift of dried figs and raisins from the sherry casks.

Palate

Silky and rounded with flavours of toffee, vanilla fudge, and butterscotch layered over baked apple, milk chocolate, and subtle oak spice.

Finish

Smooth and lingering with sweet grain, light nutmeg, and a mellow fade of vanilla and dried fruit.
