Produced using liquid distilled at Loch Lomond Distillery; this unconventional bottling uses 100% malted barley and an extended fermentation time of 92 hours before distilling in their Coffey style still. The resulting liquid is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in a unique combination of infrared toasted and fire toasted virgin American oak barrels. This process delivers a light, fruity and sweet whisky, perfect for mixing.
