The first Japanese single malt in the Togouchi range, this whisky is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-sherry casks from Sakurao distillery, combined with the fact that it is matured in underground tunnels, which allow the distillery to maintain a consistent maturation, gives us this beautifully soft, elegant whisky.
