Changed Your Mind?
You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item if you’ve changed your mind.
To qualify for a full refund:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
- A written request for return must be sent within the 30-day window.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.
- Customised items, exclusives, or rare bottlings cannot be returned under this policy.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item has arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
We will:
- Arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- May request the product be returned to us.
- Refund reasonable return postage costs (up to £6.00).
Please note: claims reported after 14 days may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
