Tasting Notes

Nose

Spicy, sweet, and wonderfully perfumed, with fragrant notes of rose, carnation, jasmine, and lilac, complemented by a myriad of spices — cumin, saffron, nutmeg, ginger, chilli, and anise — balanced by gentle sweet oak and chestnut. With a splash of water, delicate fruits emerge, alongside menthol and bread dough.

Palate

A burst of sizzling spices leads the way — ginger, black pepper, and mustard seed dominate, underpinned by an earthy boldness. This intensity softens into layers of mint toffee, demerara sugar, and sugar-coated almonds, bringing balance and sweetness.
