The inaugural release of the Between You and I series sees Highland Park collaborate with three Michelin-starred Swedish chef Björn Frantzén to explore the deep connection between flavour and experience. As the first to taste the whisky, Frantzén’s personal notes inspired both the whisky’s profile and its striking presentation, uniting culinary artistry with Scotch whisky craftsmanship. Matured in a carefully curated combination of virgin Swedish oak, sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and ex-Bourbon casks, this exceptional release showcases Highland Park’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, complexity, and tradition. The use of virgin Swedish oak — an exceptionally rare and distinctive cask choice — imparts a bold, spicy character and a unique Nordic influence rarely seen in Scotch whisky, adding remarkable depth and individuality to the final spirit.
