Distinguished as one of the few remaining farm distilleries, Kilchoman employs a traditional farm-to-bottle approach, overseeing every step of the whisky-making process. This meticulous care is evident in every drop of Kilchoman whisky, with the Batch Strength serving as a brilliant example of the distillery's commitment to crafting whiskies of unparalleled quality and character. This latest release to the core range of Kilchoman has been meticulously matured in a unique combination of re-charred Red wine casks, Oloroso sherry butts, and Bourbon barrels. Bottled all natural colour, with no chill-filtration at a hefty 57%abv, this release shows Kilchoman at its most intense and indulgent.
