This third and final release in Lochlea's Fallow Edition trilogy marks a remarkable conclusion to the series. This matured single malt, aged longer than its predecessors, is crafted exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts from Jerez. The result is a sumptuous, richly hued dram, teeming with indulgent layers of sweet dates and malty loaf, a very decadent sipper to savour.
