Wolfburn 8 Year OldCognac Cask Release

Revived in 2013, Wolfburn Distillery takes its name from the original 19th-century distillery located near Thurso, Scotland's northernmost mainland town. The original Wolfburn closed its doors in the 1800s, but the modern incarnation proudly honours its legacy, combining traditional methods with meticulous craftsmanship. This limited release was matured in first-fill bourbon casks since 2017 and finished for six months in hand-selected Cognac casks. This finishing touch has imparted an extra layer of richness and complexity, resulting in a dram that is both decadent and complex.
