This UK-exclusive release from Daftmill Distillery is a rare and remarkable single cask bottling, distilled on 18th December 2011 and bottled in 2025 after 13 years of patient maturation in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. Drawn from Cask #097/2011, this whisky is one of just 642 bottles, each showcasing the signature elegance of Daftmill's spirit, enriched by the deep, indulgent influence of Oloroso sherry. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 59.8% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration, this limited release offers a bold, rich, and unfiltered expression of Daftmill’s Lowland character.
