Bright and fresh, this was released in 2017 as a tribute to Perrier-Jouet's exclusively Chardonnay cuvées of the 1920s- this even pre-dates the term "Blanc de Blancs". Using a carefully selected and elegant blend of Chardonnay grown around within the legendary vineyards of Cramant and Avize- this means that each vineyard parcels utilised is classified almost exclusively as Grand Cru. This exceptional bottling of Blanc de Blancs combines a stunning complexity with balance & vigour to really showcase the renowned flavours of this champagne house.
