Waterford

Opened in 2015, Waterford is an Irish whiskey distillery founded by Mark Reynier – former CEO of Bruichladdich.

Based in a former Guinness brewery on the banks of the River Suir, Waterford places terroir front and centre of its production process, using 100% Irish barley and even releasing Single Farm Origin bottlings.

The Cuvée offers the opportunity to sample a vatting of 25 single farm origin single malts, while the Arcadian Gaia is the first Irish whiskey to be certified organic.
