Bardstown Bourbon Co Discovery #10 is a superb blend of straight bourbons contains whiskies from Kentucky, Georgia and Tennessee. Comprising of 9-Year Kentucky, 13-Year Kentucky, 10-Year Georgia, 6-Year Kentucky and 10-Year Tennessee whiskeys. Marrying these different styles and profiles together makes for a wonderfully complex dram with notes of toasted nuts, maple syrup, dried berries and baking spices.

A Word About Bardstown

Bardstown Bourbon Company is a Kentucky-based distillery that combines modern innovation with traditional craftsmanship. Founded in 2014, it produces American whiskey and also acts as a collaborative partner for other brands and businesses, offering custom distilling and aging services.

The distillery uses different casks, grains and yeast strains to create a variety of profiles. They are known for their experimentation and offer a number of ranges, such as the Origin Series, Fusion Series, and Discovery Series.

One of their most popular expressions is the Bottled in Bond, from the Origin Series, which is a six year old wheated bourbon that’s full of peach and toffee notes. The Discovery Series shines a spotlight on the art of blending, and the #9 combines whiskey from Georgia, Tennessee and Canada - as well as a 17 year old bourbon from Kentucky.
