They took a classic Highland Malt and let it sit in sweet Port barrels for some time, and created the ultimate flavour profile to be paired with cheese.

The original Timorous Beastie, featured in Robert Burns' well-known poem "To a Mouse," was a shy field mouse. Douglas Laing's version, however, isn't for the timid! It's packed with a mix of vanilla, malted barley, meringue, honey, and citrus flavors. It's part of the Remarkable Regional Malts range, representing the best of Scotland's whisky regions.
