Fuji Single Grain

Fuji whiskey, a rarity seen beyond the shores of Japan, is a unique single grain blend crafted primarily from malted barley and corn, with a touch of rye, featuring an exquisite amalgamation of three distinct styles. It includes a Canadian-style grain whiskey, produced through batch distillation using a kettle distiller akin to a pot still, a bourbon-style grain whiskey distilled with a doubler (notably, Fuji houses the only kettle and Doubler found outside the U.S.), and grain whisky created using a column still.
