Hoshi Spirits, originating from Japan, is inspired by the Japanese word ‘hoshi’ meaning ‘the stars’, drawing this inspiration from the celestial beauty of the stars. Our dry and crisp gin captures the essence of Japan with subtle aromas and flavours. Earthy juniper undertones are perfectly balanced with bright citrus notes on the palate, while soft hints of spicy cubeb pepper linger on the finish.
