Leonista Reposado Black

A South African spirit crafted in the style of beloved Mexican agave spirits, this unique creation from Leonista uses genuine Karoo agave native to the region. With their Reposado Black, the distillers aimed to achieve a profile distinct from their typical reposado, focusing less on smokiness and more on a Tequila-like character. This is achieved through a mellow sweetness, developed during a resting period of six to eight months in previously used American oak barrels that once housed brandy.
