Undisclosed Distillery 3 Year OldBatch 1 Release #2

This bottling from Boutique-y Whisky Company comes from an undisclosed Kentucky Bourbon distillery- we are reliably informed that the original distillery was around for just 33 years before it was burned down in an accident prior to prohibition. It was rebuilt afterwards before going silent for 25 years. Renovations to the distillery started in 2014, and production recommenced in 2016, and in 2020 it returned to its original name. This Kentucky Bourbon is made with a high rye mash bill; 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley- so expect a dram bursting with flavour. This release is presented at natural cask strength and is bottled at 59.8%.
