The Asaka distillery was established in 2016 in Japan's Fukushima region. This single malt whisky showcases a delightful interplay of sweetness and complexity. On the nose, it offers an inviting bouquet of yellow fruits, honey, and vanilla. These aromas gracefully transition to the palate, where they are joined by the rich flavours of candied orange and brioche. The finish is elegant and lingering, gradually fading with nuances of malted cereals and dried fruits.
