Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo is an excellent Umeshu (plum Sake liqueur) made by preserving the fruit in premium sake, softening the spirit and enhancing the plum flavour. Best served neat and chilled in the summer months, or hot in winter. Once it's opened, it is best to keep the bottle in a refrigerator.
