Banhez is a sought after brand dedicated to preserving the traditions of mezcal production. This release is created with Tepeztate agave which usually takes up to 25 years for the earthy, vegetal Tepeztate agave to come of age. Wild-fermented and distilled with copper pot stills, expect lots of green pepper, crisp apple, smoke and citrus.
