Bouvet-Ladubay has been made using only the best grapes in France's Loire Valley. The Chardonnay grapes are blended with Chenin Blanc, and lend this sparkling wine its fresh and fruity aroma. Bursting with flavour, it boasts a pleasing mix of soft floral notes and juicy peach and apricot, which will pair wonderfully with light summer dishes and freshly cooked seafood, like mussels with a splash of rich cream and a smattering of lightly charred samphire.
