Here is a Panama rum that’s produced in a distillery that dates back more than 120 years. Bumbo XO Rum is made in small batches from local sugar cane and distilled with spring water. It’s then aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 18 years, before having a second maturation in sherry casks from Andalusia. This all leads to a rich and oaky spirit with flavours of vanilla, spice and citrus.
