Introducing the Fallow Edition 2nd Crop, a journey into the heart of sherry cask maturation at Lochlea Distillery. Matured in a perfectly balanced 50/50 split between Pedro Ximénez (PX) and Oloroso sherry casks, this whisky is a harmonious fusion of the deep, syrupy sweetness of PX and the nutty, dry richness of Oloroso. These first-fill sherry casks ensure a profound influence on the spirit, imparting it with layers of complexity and depth.
