Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque2014 Vintage

Only released in celebration when an exceptional vintage is declared. Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque is instantly recognisable throughout the world, its bottle is adorned with the graceful spray of Japanese white anemones created for Maison Perrier-Jouet by Art Nouveau master Emile Gallé in 1902. This 2014 vintage is a moiety of Chardonnay, with the rest of the assemblage Pinot Noir with a tiny amount of Pinot Meunier to give the release some backbone and texture. The grapes are selected from a collection of Champagne crus (Cramant, Avize, Chouilly, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Vertus and Mailly). Aged for a minimum of 6 years in the house’s cellars, this champagne comprises a dosage of 8 g/litre.
