A superb peated whisky from the Rozelieures Distillery in France. The family-run farm distillery, from the north-east of the country, undertakes every part of the process and this expression uses their own barley - peated to 30PPM. It's aged in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and French oak, helping to create a rich, floral and smokey profile. There’s also a hint of orchard fruits, followed by a subtly spicy finish.
