A fabulous Rosé expression from Ruinart- The oldest champagne house in all the region, which began life back in 1729. The winemakers use a blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir to create a light, refreshing Rosé which never overstays its welcome. Aged for a minimum of 4 years in Ruinart's famous wine cellars, which are carved out of chalk and run for over 8 km. This much room allows for a constant temperature of 11 degrees Celsius, perfect for aging the champagne.

Notes

Nose

Fresh flowers, cherries and berries. Small hints of Rose petals at the finish.

Palate

Berries bursting over from the nose with slight tropical notes of lychee & pomegranate.

Finish

The Pinot Noir really starts to shine here. Smooth with lovely mouthfeel from the carbonating bubbles.

Overall

One of our favourite Champagnes. Perfect to share with loved ones on a warm summer evening.
